May 2 - Salad

For lunch today, I went through the refrigerator and pantry and made a huge tossed salad.  I found lettuce, hearts of palm, green onions, black olives, celery, Jarlsberg cheese, and tomatoes.  I added some fresh cracked black pepper and we each picked our own dressing favorite.  Lunch was served.
